Underground Fire Water System Repair - Underground Fire Water System Repair

FRNP is considering a RFP to re-rout the 16” fire water line (East/West) before it goes under Michigan Ave. (or under Michigan Ave.). The start and finish (tie-in points) are located in a gravel area South of C-333. A concrete area (approximately 200’ wide) exists from the C-333 building to Michigan Ave. The line would have to be re-routed under the concrete area or under the roadway (East/West) before tie-in on each end. FRNP would provide excavation clearance for directional bore/auger or for excavation activity.

Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, LLC (FRNP) is soliciting SUBCONTRACTORS to design and install new C-300 Building replacement heating and cooling systems for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, hereinafter called the Work. The purpose of the Work is to make the facility independent of site utility services, except electrical power, natural gas (if required), and make up water. The C-300 Building HVAC systems use steam for heating, chilled water system (CWS) for cooling, and plant compressed air for operation of controls. All of these systems will be no longer available and will need to be replaced to make the building independent.

FRNP-PO-0003314 - C-200, 205 HVAC Design and Replacement

Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, LLC (FRNP) is soliciting SUBCONTRACTORS to design and install new C-200 & C-205 Buildings replacement heating and cooling systems for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The purpose of the Work is to make the facilities independent of site utility services, except electrical power, natural gas (if required), and make up water. The C-200 Building HVAC uses steam and recirculating heat system (RHS) water to provide heat to radiator heating, fanned heating units and ducted coiled heating. Air conditioning is supplied by a combination of window units and ductless refrigerant units and ducted coiled cooling units. All systems are powered and controlled electronically. The C-205 facility is nearby, but separate and utilizes the plant chilled water system (CWS) to provide cooling water for air conditioned air and electrical heat is used to provide heated air.

Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, LLC (FRNP) is soliciting SUBCONTRACTORS to design and construct a potable water storage tank(s) of not less than 500,000 gallons capacity with underground connection lines to the site potable water distribution system. The primary purpose of the tank is to provide the Depleted Uranium Hexafluoride (DUF6) plant area and the C-103 U. S. Department of Energy (DOE) Building with potable and fire protection services. The project is also required to provide all required piping and equipment needed to accommodate tie-in of a future water supply line from an off-site potable water supplier.
