LEAP KY is a peer-led organization established by Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership (FRNP) to promote professional development and networking opportunities for FRNP employees. The elements of LEAP KY are Leadership, Engagement, Advancement, and Preparation. LEAP is designed for employees who aspire to transition into management or higher management roles, develop and strengthen their leadership skills, learn about different functions and projects, and network with various levels of FRNP and corporate personnel.
